Deleting a question from a survey in VoC Feedback has the following impact:
- The question will no longer be presented in the questionnaire sent to your customers.
- All customer responses for that data are deleted from the VoC Feedback DB and are no longer available for download. This includes all historical responses captured for that question. You will still be able to retrieve the data from previous exports (if any) that were made before you deleted the question.
- This question cannot be re-instated in the survey. A new question can be created with the same parameters, however.
Best Practice: We recommend implementing a process to export all customer responses from the SandSIV VoC HUB on a regular basis. Best case, these records should be imported into your CRM for internal use in your CXM applications.
