The sandsiv+ Platform
Module Overview
CAPTURE (previously called FEEDBACK) is the place where you create & manage your surveys needed to ask the customer's direct voice proactively (i.e. surveys, complaints). In this module, you establish your contact strategy (i.e. black-listing and quarantine) or define your case alerts.
STORE combines multiple data sources such as Direct (i.e. survey, historical data), Indirect (i.e. socials, google app/review) and Inferred (i.e. operational, transactional) in a unique centralised repository.
ANALYSE (previously called MINE) is an unsupervised text mining solution that visualises topics and insights patterns within your open texts.
REPORT is the dashboard and visualisation module. Here you will find the Visual V2 submodule for the native dashboarding capabilities. Depending on your setup, you may also have access to VOC CI, a more advanced Business Intelligence application.
ACT (optional, depending on your setup) is a support ticketing system that can manage the generated case alerts in the form of tickets into a unique visualisation—the possibility to route enquiries and track threads & activities related to the close-the-loop process.
