VoC Feedback -> VoC ACT API integration can be established in the Common Settings tab on a Global Settings level in VoC Feedback.
In VoC ACT section of the Common Settings, the following fields should be changed:
In the URL field, a URL of your VOC ACT instance should be inserted. For example,
In the Token field, an API token from the VoC ACT instance should be inserted. The token can be retrieved from the Admin Panel of VoC ACT on the Manage -> API Keys page.
Note: in order for the integration to work correctly, the token in VoC ACT should be issued for the IP address of our production API server: 22.214.171.124
This field defines whether the integration with the settings set in previous steps should be activated or not. Change the value of this field to "Yes" in order to activate the integration.
After all the fields are set, click on the Save button to save the changes.
