For separating access to different functionality in Feedback, users can be assigned different roles in Feedback Units. The roles are defined by the activity that should be carried out by a user while working with Feedback.
Feedback roles are assigned for each unit separately and can be assigned to a separate user or to a User Group. Each user or User Group may have different roles assigned at once.
The available roles and permissions are described in the table below:
Role | Permissions |
Viewer | View Feedback pages such as Surveys, Unit Global Settings, Settings. (Viewer also permitted to Download Source if XIRCL::STORE permission granted) |
Editor | Create and Modify surveys and their content. |
Approver | Change surveys status (Active/Stopped/Paused/Deleted). |
Inviter | Upload import files. |
Manager | All roles described above with additional ability to modify global settings. |
By default, all users with access to Feedback module have Manager role to all units.
To grant or change user's role in a specific unit, please open a ticket to Support Team.
Please note that in order for a user to be granted any kind of the roles above, the user should have access to Feedback in the first place. Also, to be able to see the "Share rights" tab and manage it the user should have a Support User role.
