Product Suggestions & Bug Reporting

Available in 12.1 release

Users have the ability to submit new feature/improvement suggestions or report bugs directly from the platform. Simply click on the flag icon on the top right corner of the platform.

You can select whether you want to report a bug or suggest an improvement/new feature along with a text-box to supply more information.

Note: Please remember to be as explicit and detailed as possible in your request. In case of bugs, please explain how to replicate the bug.

Once submitted, the support team or product team will review and get in touch with you.
