VoC Hub is Software-as-a-Service delivered via Web. When a new release is deployed, your browser might have some older assets cached locally which might result in inconsistent VoC Hub behavior.
Our official guidance is to clear your browser's cache in case you have problems using our VoC Hub after new release.
Note: only Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox are officially supported for VoC Hub backend. For more information please see: Supported Browsers
