Insight Narrator Media Block

Insight Narrator is a core feature of sandsiv+ AI, located within the Analyse (Mine) module. It uses Large Language Model (LLM) technology to convert individual pieces of feedback into insights related to specific themes and patterns. 

With 12.4 release, those insights received with Text Mining tool can be visualized in Media Blocks of Visual V2, located in Report module.

Step 1. Get Insights

In order to visualize an insight, firstly the user should generate one, creating a query in Analyse (Mine) module -> Text Mining. A detailed guide on how to create a Mine query can be found here. 

Once the query is generated, the user should select Insight Narrator tab, press "Prompt" in the lower right corner of the page and select text outputs they want to receive and visualise. 

As an example, we select SWOT analysis, Run Narrator and save it.

Step 2. Visualise Insights

The user should locate to Report module - Visual V2 tab and create a new dashboard. More information on how to use Visual V2 tab can be found here. 

Create a Media Block and locate to the following sign  

Insights Settings tab will appear, allowing to select the query that was previously selected and an Insight that was created and saved beforehand. This window also provides a color palette that allows users to customize the appearance of a media block to suit their preferences.

As the result the user gets a Media Block with the structured SWOT analysis, used as an example, and a possibility to change the appearance of a Media Block. Further, this dashboard can be exported to PDF and PPTX formats.
