Highlights of the release:

• Uploads of customer feedback from external sources is now possible through VoC Mine. The data is then available in all VoC Hub analytics apps (VoC Mine, VoC Classify, VoC Visual) for further processing and visualization
• Revamped statistics calculation and visualization in VoC Feedback. Response rate is now calculated on the fly along with the statistics data
• New, improved image uploader is now available integrated with the new WYSIWYG editor which became available in VoC Hub 8.0
• "Default Exporter" was added to VoC Feedback which exports all questionnaires in all states filtered by creation date
• Improvements to delivery process which allow SandSIV to upgrade parts of our infrastructure without disrupting our customers

Bugfixes and improvements:

VoC Hub

• Fixed an issue where "unknown surveys" would be shown instead of survey count under the VoC Feedback button in VoC Hub

VoC Feedback

• Questionnaire state "aborted" was renamed to "partial"
• Export Results and Statistics Results pages now contains statistics on individual states of questionnaires as well as response rate
• Surveys with state "Terminated" are now shown in the Export results and Statistics Results pages as a separate entity
• "Default Exporter" was added to VoC Feedback which exports all questionnaires in all states filtered by creation date. It replicates the behavior of "Export Results" page.
• Fixed an issue with statistics calculation on "Statistics Results" page
• Fixed an issue with date pickers on Statistics Results page which caused the statistics to be shown for period "All" instead of specified date range
• Fixed an issue where Send Invitation button woudn't work when you press "Enter" in "Send Invitation" popup window
• It is now possible to check which channel you're on when editing a question in the survey
• Additional adjustments for migration from 9889.ch link shortener to surv.biz
• Fixed an issue where it wasn't possible to copy surveys after migration to VoC Hub 8.0 in certain cases
• Fixed an issue where "Address" column name won't be submitted to backend when performing manual import which resulted in a fallback behavior and expecting "ADDRESS" as a column name in all cases
• Adjusted an error message which is shown when there are no schedules created in the "Export Schedule" list to better reflect the actual problem
• Fixed an issue where it wasn't possible to export a blacklist of customers in XLS format
• Fixed an issue where column headers for questions would be empty in the resulting export file when "Question Text" is set as column headers in the exporter settings
• Fixed an issue in "Global Settings" where "You have unsaved changes" warning message would be mistakenly shown even though no actual changes were made
• Fixed an issue where it wasn't possible to add a customer to a whitelist in "Global Settings"
• Fixed an issue where Customers list search would timeout when searching against big datasets
• Fixed an issue where Customers tab search in individual surveys with big amount of questionnaires would timeout
• Fixed an issue where the "character countdown text" field value won't be saved when editing open questions in WEB channel

VoC Mine

• Fixed a performance issue with big amount of rows in the upload file
• Fixed a performance issue with queries created against a dataset with large amount of data
• Fixed a performance issue with upload processing speed
• Fixed an issue where "Include missing" switch wouldn't work for attribute filter in VoC Mine
• Fixed an issue where empty rows in the upload file for VoC Mine would cause slow processing of the file
• Fixed an issue where it wasn't possible to cancel the uploads during the beginning phase of the process
• Fixed an issue where lemmatization process would fail with some uploads
• It is now possible to download an error log file in VoC Mine to check the problems in the upload file (e.g. incorrect date format in the uploaded file)
• It is now possible to specify Spanish language in the dropdown menu of VoC Mine during upload
• New column "NPS segment" is now automatically calculated and stored for external uploads with NPS column

VoC Classify

• Fixed an issue where the category name change won't be reflected in the resulting export files when the category name is changed after the responses are classified
• In certain cases export file for verified text cases couldn't be generated

VoC Visual

• Fixed an issue where certain long names would cause problems when creating a drill-down dashboard
• In certain cases "Word cloud" gadget couldn't show results based on some old data sets and message "Data temporary unavailable, please try again later" was shown
• It is now possible to display individual score on each bar
• Fixed an issue where it wasn't possible to rename legend/label in NPS stacked bar chart
• Optimized the amount of network requests required during gadget configuration
