VoC Feedback

  • [VOC-2253] Improvement: Refined UX of "Customers" list:
    • "External ID" column was renamed to "Customer ID"
    • Column "ID" which contained an internal system ID of the customer was removed
    • Search now correctly works against actual Customer ID and not internal system ID

  

VoC Mine

  • [VOC-2276] Improvement: When uploading a file to VoC Mine, metadata columns are now hidden under "Show metadata columns" button in "Verification section" part of the page by default
  • [VOC-2275] Fixed: Pre-processing stage of big .xls(x) files would take a lot of time and sometimes crash the browser tab on some systems
  • [VOC-1058] Fixed: "Export for verification" of a Feedback query to VoC Classify could fail due to empty responses from VoC Feedback 
  • [VOC-2458] Fixed: "Filter by attribute" option returned incorrect empty text cases in Custom queries
  • [VOC-2248] Fixed: Existing custom queries in VoC Mine might not return text cases after a VoC Hub upgrade

  • [VOC-2433] Fixed: In certain cases "External data chart" gadget legends for "Promoters" and "Detractors" had the same color when built against specific uploads
  • [VOC-2451] Fixed: "Fact" markup was corrupted in "Metadata filter" option in "Advanced" settings of "External data chart" gadget
  • [VOC-1315] Fixed: On page refresh, date range of "Page data filter" was reset for all gadgets in the dashboard
  • [VOC-1326] Fixed: "Exclude" filter of "Word cloud" gadget didn't work properly
  • [VOC-2198] Fixed: In certain cases an incorrect math operator was shown in "Metadata filter" of "External data chart" gadget

  • [VOC-2240] Fixed: In "External data chart" gadget, if you selected some option in the "Second group by" dropdown and then the same option in the "Group by" dropdown afterwards the gadget creation process would fail
  • [VOC-2512] Fixed: "No data" message would be shown if you filter by metadata with any operator and the value was "0" in "External data chart" gadget
  • [VOC-2502] Fixed: AND/OR metadata filters won't work with certain custom uploads
