VoC Mine is used to analyze open text feedback and to highlight the topics hidden in free text data.
In a first step all feedbacks are being pre-processed in the background using natural language processing (NLP) algorithms, like lemmatization, removing stop words, etc. VoC Mine finally presents the results for further analysis.
VoC Mine then allows to create different queries on these texts to analyze lemmas based on their quantitative distribution. Lemma is the root form of any word; i.e. the verbal forms "running", "ran" and "run" will be presented as "run" with an appropriate count that tells how many times that lemma has been appearing within the texts selected for a specific query.
Text search capabilities are included so lemma-independent search is possible as well.
