Overview
Automatic Verbatim Translation is a feature designed to simplify reporting and analysis for multilingual feedback. You can now automatically translate open-text (verbatim) responses into a base language of your choice (e.g., German, English, Italian), making it easier to analyze feedback consistently across different languages.
The feature supports any language available through the Google Translate service, ensuring broad coverage for global audiences.

What’s new?
When the Automatic Verbatim Translation feature is enabled, any open-text response submitted in a supported language is automatically translated into your organization’s chosen base language. The translated version is stored in a new column labeled “Translated”, which is available throughout the platform.

Feedback – Export, for consistent analysis and reporting

Store – Upload, allowing translated verbatim to be used when managing data at the store level

Analyse – Text Mining, where the “Translated” column can be used just like the original — enabling lemmatization, keyword tagging, and sentiment analysis in a single language, even when feedback comes from multiple languages
This enhancement helps teams better understand customer input across regions and languages, making it easier to extract insights, identify trends, and take meaningful action.
