This is VoC Feedback "REST API" version 5.5.0 release with updated UI/UX (front-end). In the scope of this release REST architecture was implemented and VoC Feedback app became REST-compliant (RESTful). It allows to integrate external applications to interact with VoC Feedback through Swagger API.

Tracking percentage of opened invitation emails |
In order to have a better idea on how many customers opened the invitation email, on survey "Statistics Result" page we implemented a counter that shows a percentage of opened invitation emails. However, please notice that value of "Opened" questionnaires is based on tracking pixel and is not 100% precise. |
UI & UX improvements to Customers/ Customers Blacklist pages | To improve usability and provide better user interface we've redesigned our Customers menu with Customers Blacklist tabs. |
Removed "Enable language" checkbox in surveys | "Enable language" checkbox was removed on per survey level, since this feature was quite confusing for a user. Currently all enabled in Global settings languages are already activated and available in all surveys |
Survey reorder and sorting | Also we've added a possibility of surveys reordering and sorting by survey id and survey title. |
New WYSIWYG HTML editor | Summernote WYSIWYG editor, used for editing layouts/WEB templates, was removed in favor of TinyMCE WYSIWYG HTML Editor. For invitation, reminder and alert email templates high performance Ace code editor with syntax highlighting was embedded |
