VoC Hub

• [VOC-2280] Improvement: The logic of warning message when you use unsupported browser for VoC Hub was improved. Now clicking outside the area of popup window doesn't close it. "Don't show this message again" checkbox was added
• [VOC-4023] Improvement: Expiration period for password reset links (account creation and password reset) was raised to 14 days

• [VOC-4262] Fixed: Certain long-running requests locked the interactions with VoC Hub pages opened in other browser tabs
