[VOC-4464] Improvement: An ability to additionally customize CSS styles of the pop-up survey was added to DIGI channel:
on a per-survey level as "CSS to customize Pop-up" field at Survey Settings - Theme settings
as "CSS to customize language specific Pop-up fragments " field at Survey Languages tab for a certain
language in a survey
