[VOC-7740] Improvement: Empty rows in import files will be skipped during import process.

[VOC-7747] Fixed: Phone numbers, being imported as strings, were transformed into data of numeric type.

[VOC-7751] Fixed: "channel_name" Info log column has been renamed into "survey_engine_channel", in order to not interfere with a "channel_name" Import column.

[VOC-7752] Fixed: Empty cells had "nan" value inside, instead of " ".
