[VOC-7828] New: The new two conditions: "Not empty", "Is empty" are available for question flows and Case Alerts.

[VOC-7911] Fixed: Survey Settings -> Invitation Settings field for SMS channel had no options to choose from.

[VOC-8155] Fixed: The incorrect Survey ID was specified in the error log file if the customer was quarantined before in the other survey.

[VOC-8176] Fixed: Question Flow in WEB Channel wasn't deleted after Action Type was changed.
