Scheduled data base version upgrade on September 7, 2017

SandSIV is always striving to improve our product and services that's why a data base version upgrade was performed today to enhance the performance of our systems.

Reason: Scheduled maintenance. Upgrade of data base version.

System behavior during maintenance:

• VoC Hub apps (VoC Mine, VoC Visual, VoC Classify) will be available only for "read" mode (viewing existing/created before data), but not for "write" mode (e.g. uploading files to VoC Mine, apply classifiers, etc.).
• Newly received response data from VoC Feedback during maintenance period will be replicated to VoC Visual with a delay in some time.
• During maintenance period dashboards in VoC Visual will not include new results.
• VoC Feedback backend usage (adding or changing surveys, sending out invites) and VoC Feedback frontend won't be affected (customers will be able to answer questionnaires).

Response data for the affected period will be replicated from VoC Feedback to VoC Visual this night and data consistency within dashboards will be renewed tomorrow morning.
