We've identified an issue with survey answering system which resulted in the behavior of the system where error message "api is unreacheable :(" would be displayed instead of expected page.
We've also identified an issue where VoC Feedback API would be inaccessible during the same period of time.
Once this problem has been discovered, our development team has fixed it right away.

Why did it happen?
The backend application server responsible for processing the survey answering system requests and VoC Feedback API requests became unresponsive.
