Incident: instances were unavailable on a shared cluster
Dear valued Customers,
We want to inform you that several instances were unavailable starting from the late evening on 19.06.24 till the morning of 20.06.24 (until 9:30 AM CET).
What happened?
The database was not available and that caused several instances related to the shared cluster to be unavailable.
What were we doing to resolve the issue?
The issue was prompty reported by the support team to the technical department and by restoring an access to the database, the instances became available.
What are we doing to avoid such issues?
The technical department will review the cause of the issue and do their best to prevent this case from happening in future.
