We've identified an issue with our data replication module which resulted in that response data from VoC Feedback app has not been replicated to VoC Visual. During the affected period of time response data shown in VoC Visual gadgets was not up to date.
Affected period of time: September 29, 2017 - October 06, 2017
Why it happened?
An authentication failure issue and an issue with overloaded database server caused the replication process to not to complete successfully.
What has been done to avoid such issues?
Database server was optimized for high-load scenarios and the replication script was adjusted to correct the authentication issue.
