VOC Mine

VOC-12053 - A new Data Labeling option represented in VOC Mine was implemented and gives a possibility to create training datasets that could be reviewed and uploaded back into Classify to train a classifier.

VOC Visual V2

VOC-10828 - A new VOC Visual V2 category was added that contains upgraded customizable dashboarding solution that takes Customer Intelligence and presents it as an effective visualization of VoC and internal CRM data using a variety of user-configurable widgets including graphs, tables, and pie charts in an intuitive, flexible, and fast way.

VOC AI

VOC-10922 - A new VOC AI category was added that gives an option for the users to have access and use a complex of new technologies to detect most relevant topics from the text corpus and assign each text to topics in fully- and/or semi-automatic ways.

VOC-12201 - Fixed an appearance of the header field in the DIGI Popup title.

VOC-12703 - Now if the user only has access to a specific unit, he/she won't have access to the Export functionality outside of the unit.

VOC-12323 - Question ID was added near the question name text for more convenience.

VOC-12232 - Now you have several options in the Advance unsubscribe functionality. One is to unsubscribe only this specific contact (used email address of the phone number) and another one to unsubscribe all addresses related to the user.

VOC-12161 - Added a switcher "Hide empty imports" to see only an informative list of files with the data.

VOC-11072 - When a particular question is opened in "Edit page", you can now see a highlighted flow icon in another question where the current question is included.

VOC-11532 - A new functionality DIGI theme preview mode was added. This option gives a possibility to the preview selected theme in order to instantly check and edit your design choices to achieve desired visual appeal.
