Fixes and improvements

VOC-2237 - New Media Block Element in Visual v2 gives users the possibility to insert a text, picture, link, HTML code and even a gif into the gadget.

VOC-12987 - Users can now export a dashboard from Visual V2 in PPTX format. 

VOC-11044 - Added a new calendar question type that allows customers to respond to a survey and provide a date answer by selecting a date from a calendar. 

VOC-11816 - Added the possibility to calculate each value of choice answers depending on the total answers count. 

VOC-12250 - Added a feedback pop-up for Clients to share any feature/improvement ideas or report any bugs directly with the sandsiv+ team from the platform.

VOC-12336 - Implemented a "tracking pixel" functionality for DIGI, when the invitation is made via the email. 

VOC-13184 - Added new fonts (Helvetica, Arial, Montserrat, Open Sans, Poppins, Roboto, Times New Roman and Calibri) to all editable text fields presented in the system. 

VOC Feedback

VOC-12186 - Updated an error message text to be more informative when a survey name contains an emoji.

VOC-12928 - Classifications tab in Classify Statistics page is now hidden - Statistics do not correctly represent trained classifiers.

VOC-13109 - Fixed several issues with DIGI preview mode.

VOC-13117 - When the Quarantine, Blacklist and Invite Not Delivered statuses are activated, this creates a new column in the datasource ERROR_MESSAGE. In 12.1 we added a switch to have this column optional for new exporters. The column is not included in Legacy exporters. 

VOC-13162 - Added a switcher to include Topic AI results (ABSA, Topic, sentiment columns) in the Default Exporter.

VOC-13202 - The languages both in the survey and general settings were ordered alphabetically for user's convenience.

VOC-13293 - Added a "one click" unsubscribe button to the email header of the invitation emails due to tightened unsubscribe market requirements.

VOC-13314 - Changed the formula for “response rate/response rate with partial” in the info section of statistics page 

VOC-13355 - Fixed an issue with quarantine logic of "Customer_id OR Address"

VOC-13368 - Added a description of blacklisted and quarantined questionnaires into the info section on the Statistics result page in Feedback.

VOC-13373 - Crowd Voting Survey - Allow the usage of a “List” visualization for the "Configurable question with external set of answers" functionality. Available on demand.

VOC-13399 - Updated the logic and excluded quarantined/blacklisted questionnaires from "days from last invitation" quarantine check.

VOC Visual/VOC Visual V2

VOC-11921 - Improved the logic of percentage calculations in Visual, where in line, table, and bar charts the system calculates percentage of each choice_value as value correspondence to the total rows count (questionnaires count).

VOC-12288 - Added the possibility to configure the text field inside the Pie Chart gadget.

VOC-13021 - Added a notification for each action held in dashboards of Visual V2.

VOC-13033 - Made a Pie chart size bigger when "Show score' switcher is turned off in Visual V2 for user's convenience.

VOC-13287 - When deleting the title of the gadget and leaving it empty, the system will offer users to return to the previous name of the gadget.

VOC-13309 - Updated options of dashboard scheduler to everyday, each 3 days, each week, each 2 weeks and each month.

VOC-13344 - Fixed corrupted table charts that are migrated into Visual V2 from Visual V1

VOC-13401 - Fixed a bug when trying to send a dashboard in Visual V2 to an email.

VOC-13408 - Added a text notification showing that there is no data to visualize and a request to configure a gadget when the gadget is empty.

VOC-13410 - Fixed an issue with sorting functionality in Categories' and 'ABSA' columns.

VOC-13435 - Fixed a bug where some values were missing when visualizing data via table chart with count math function in Visual.

VOC Store

VOC-12600 - If export from Store (manual or API) is more than 500MB, the user will receive separated zip files limited by 500MB.

VOC-13249 - Fixed an issue with presenting data in a metadata filter in specific sources.

VOC-13379 - Fixed an error when using the Recoded variable with ABSA column.

VOC Mine

VOC-13190 - Fixed Metadata/Attribute filter for ABSA column in VOC Mine.

VOC-13327 - Fixed an issue with not visible filters in Mine when the laptop displays the page with low resolution. Added an option to scroll the page in Mine to see the filters the user is adding.

VOC-13381 - Corrected "Filter by date" functionality in Mine.

VOC AI 

VOC-13321 - Added improvements to TopicAI functionality, where we implemented a two-step zero-shot classification process. The first step filters out generic feedback characterized by meaningless text, numbers, symbols, etc., in the topic “General” and the second step proceeds with topic assignment for the remaining feedback, which overall improves accuracy in topic assignments.
