As part of our CXM strategy for 2014, one area where we are making considerable improvements is SandSIV Support. We not only strive to help your company improve its Customer Experience, we also aim to improve the support services we provide to the people who run Customer Experience.
This is why we are introducing our new SandSIV Support Center which will be rolled out on Monday 28th of April 2014.
By the end of this week, we will transfer all the existing Jira issues to the new support platform. This will ensure that you have one single platform where you will find all the information; including previous Jira tickets, manuals, tutorials and release notes. We are going one step further whereby the platform will also provide best practice techniques on how to use our solutions.
Once the transfer is complete, we will send you an invitation email within which you will find a link to create a password for your SandSIV Support Center account. Your existing Jira account will be deactivated on Monday April 28th 2014, after the transfer.
