Scheduled data center upgrade on 06.05.2014 03:00-06:00 CET

In order to enhance the performance of our systems, we will be upgrading our Swiss based data center. For this reason, we will have a scheduled service interruption at the following time:

Start: 06.05.2014 03:00 a.m CET
End: 06.05.2014 06:00 a.m CET

Reason: Scheduled maintenance, data center upgrade to enhance reliability and performance.

During this period the entire VoC platform will be unavailable. It will not be possible to add or change surveys or to send invites. Furthermore, it will not be possible to answer existing and running surveys.
