Overview
Query management page allows you to manage existing as well as create new queries.
Create new query
To create a new query click the green New button and select Feedback Query or "Custom Query" from the dropdown menu.
Feedback query
To create a new Feedback query let the wizard guide you through the query creation process.
First you'll need to give a title for your query. Make sure this title is not used in one of existing queries. Click OK to proceed.
Choose the language of the query from the displayed dropdown menu and click OK to proceed.
Choose survey(s) from the displayed list of surveys. Hold Ctrl (Control) button to select multiple surveys at once. Click OK to continue.
Choose available channels in the displayed list of channels. Again, you can hold Ctrl (Control) button to select multiple channels at once. Click OK once more to continue.
On this final page select all the questions you want to retrieve text cases from. Click the dropdown once again to add more questions to the query. Finally, click OK to create the query.
You've created a Feedback query and will be redirected to Execute query page afterwards.
Custom query
Creating a custom query is similar to Feedback query creation process. Just let the wizard guide you through the query creation process.
Give a title for your query. Please make sure the title is unique and isn't used already. Click OK to continue.
Next, select the source of data for custom query. Remember that for custom queries the source of data is uploaded .xlsx files. Click OK to proceed.
Choose the text column to use in the query. You will see all text columns which were specified during the upload process.
Now choose the language of the text cases from the list of available languages in the dropdown list and click OK to create the query.
You've created a Custom query and will now be redirected to Execute query page.
Managing existing queries
You can see existing queries below the "New" button along with various buttons which allow to perform certain actions with these queries.

View details
On this page you can see the source of data as well as currently applied filters to the query.
Feedback query
Feedback query details page shows the language of the query, selected channels of the survey, survey questions and the survey itself. In case you have any filters applied they will be shown here too.
Custom query
Custom query details page shows the language of the query and name of the data file upload. In case you have any filters applied they will be shown here too.
Execute

Edit
On this page you can edit source of data for the current query.
Feedback query
Feedback query edit page allows you to modify language of the query, source of data from VoC Feedback as well as rename the query itself.
Hint: Hold Ctrl (Control) button to select multiple surveys and/or channels and questions. If you select multiple survey and channels then all available questions within the the selected channels of selected surveys will be shown in the "Question" field.
Custom query
Custom query edit page allows you to modify the upload source as well as language and title of the query.
Delete
Deletes the query from the list. Please note that the data itself is not deleted.
