Our upstream hosting provider notified us of an outage between internet exchanges that affects our production environment. That means during the period of outage the entire VoC platform will not be available. Our hosting provider is currently working with the hardware supplier to resolve this.
Customer data is not affected by this network outage. As soon as the network links are up, the platform will continue to function normally.
