We've identified an issue with VoC Feedback importer module which resulted in that presumably starting from Friday February 9th, 2018 18:00 CET imports were stalled "in progress" state at "Import History" page and surveys within those import files were not being sent out to customers.
Currently our development team is working on the resolution of this issue.
We apologize for the disruption in the service and will keep you updated on the status of this issue.
Update (Feb 12, 2018 11:55 CET): The issue was localized & fixed by our development team. Stuck imports and the invitations themselves were started to being sent out to customers. Processed import files change their states to "completed". We'll update you with a detailed overview on the root causes of this incident later here.

During routine service maintenance one of the services failed to start properly which caused all uploaded imports to stall. As a result, invitations were not being sent out to customers. Once we have identified the issue and fixed it, all delayed invitations for affected imports were sent out to the recipients.
To avoid such kind of incidents in the future we have added additional monitoring triggers to our monitoring system to be notified of disruptions of this kind in a timely manner. Further monitoring tools will be implemented later to react proactively to such issues in future as well.
