We've identified an issue with survey answering system which resulted in non-stable behavior. In certain cases, last question of the questionnaire could not be answered and in other cases survey answering system would fail to save an answer to the question in the middle of the survey. In all cases an error message "api is unreacheable :(" would be displayed instead of expected page.
Once this problem has been discovered, our development team has fixed it right away.

Why did it happen?
The issue was caused due to planned database maintenance. A generic database which is required for proper function of survey answering system was deleted.
What are we doing to avoid such issues?
Our development team will put further checks in places for processes which involve database management in production environment.
