We've experienced an outage of storage subsystem which impacted survey answering system. During the affected period of time customers were unable to respond to surveys in WEB, SMS and IVR channels.
DIGI channel surveys were not affected.
Our team was immediately notified about the outage and survey answering system was brought up online as soon as possible.

Why did it happen?
The issue was caused by intermittent storage subsystem unavailability.
What are we doing to avoid such issues?
We have identified the root cause of storage subsystem issues and will apply appropriate measures to stabilize the platform.
