We have identified an issue with our task processing server which resulted in an outage of exports functionality and questionnaire expiration mechanism.
Once the issue was identified it was immediately fixed, affected tasks were resumed where possible and rerun where necessary.
Affected period of time: 23.06.2019 - 24.06.2019 ~ 16:00 CET
Why did it happen?
This issue was caused by an unexpected load increase caused by non-standard usage pattern of a certain customer. This issue was also not identified in a short amount of time due to monitoring tools being unable to report this issue because of the unprecedented nature of the issue.
What are we doing to avoid such issues?
The usage pattern that created such issues will be disabled in the upcoming release.
