Highlights of the release

  • Speech-to-text feature that transforms open voice responses from IVR channel to text for further analysis;
  • A new question type for DIGI channel surveys - Text message for displaying informational messages during the survey;
  • A possibility to select such DATE columns as Day, Week, Month, Quarter, Year in the Select Column field in VOC VISUAL gadgets;
  • A new way to integrate data imported to VOC FEEDBACK with VOC ACT for conducting CATI interviews;
  • WYSIWYG HTML editor for questions, invitation templates, and other configuration forms in VOC FEEDBACK.
  • New placeholders for Invitation emails and messages, Case Alert emails, and unsubscribe links.
    Important note: with the 11.1.0 release old placeholders are considered deprecated. This means that old placeholders that were added to the surveys will still work, but it won't be possible to copy them to a new survey or to save survey's settings where the old placeholders are used.
  • Various bug-fixes across all VoC Hub applications.

  • [VOC-9289] Improvement: Updated output format for "/public_api/mine/query/{ID}/text" API endpoint.
  • [VOC-9404] Improvement: Added owner labels in VoC Mine Dictionaries dropdown list.
  • [VOC-9411] Improvement: Synonym and Stop-Word dictionaries are now applied to a query separately.

 

  • [VOC-9260] Fixed: Empty columns exported from VoC Mine QueriesV2 when the query has duplicated titles.

 

VoC Classify

  • [VOC-9313] Improvement: When opening VoC Classify - Statistics page the "Training" tab is shown by default.

 

VoC Visual

  • [VOC-5672] Improvement: A possibility to select such DATE columns as Day, Week, Month, Quarter, Year in the Select Column field in VoC Visual gadgets.

 

  • [VOC-9431] Fixed:  Both dashboard and gadget metadata filters didn't work or work very inconsistently.
  • [VOC-9523] Fixed: Similar cache value for different charts in VoC Visual resulted in a discrepancy in data.
  • [VOC-9562] Fixed: Drill Down didn't work for Stacked Bar chart in VoC Visual.
