Classification of new verbatim and "Export data"

As described in previous articles, for the classification analysis we need to provide an excel file containing a column with an open answer text (verbatim). It is also possible to upload texts with additional columns including an external identifier (Customer ID), profile of the customer, etc.

Once the file is ready for the upload, click on the "Upload data" menu and choose the "Upload new file" option. Now select the file you want analyse, choose the classifier you want to use, select the type "Classification", provide a title for future reference if you need it and click on "Submit".

Once the classification queue has been completely processed, you can download the results going to the submenu "Export data". Here you can select the data you want to be exported with additional help of one or more of the shown filters.

In the same section, you can also erase the files, simply choosing in the "action" sub menu the "erase" option.

In the graph, on the right side of the page, you can also see a brief summary about the file you have selected.
