In some cases, you need to show the 'Response rate' via VoC Visual. It is quite simple to do that once you've completed a few easy steps.
Creating Recoded Variable
Before you start, it's necessary to choose the Virtual Source or Survey which contains all the necessary data. Then you will need to set up a Recoded variable in order to display 'Response rate' via the dashboard:
- Open Store
- Select Virtual Sources
- Create Recoded variable
Recorded Variable Setting
Afterwards, you need to set up a variable based on the states using the 'Equal any' operator. Also, please keep in mind that the response rate counts based on the questionnaire state only.
Note: Please specify each state with Equal any operator as a separate condition, this will help avoid errors in visualization.
Displaying via dashboard
Once you have configured the Recoded variable, you are able to go to the Visual tab and set up your own gadget that will display the 'Response rate'. Here's how to do this :
1. You need to create the gadget based on the specific Virtual Source or Survey.
2. Then select the Recoded Variable that we have just configured.
3. Select count as math function and group by channel.
And finally, you will get the dashboard with the 'Response Rate'.
