• [VOC-12154] Improvement of the data transfer process between DIGI runner and mobile apps. For DIGI mobile app integrations we have a new listener callback called "InitialResponseCallback".
• [VOC-11422] Two new states "Quarantined" and "Blacklisted" are added in order to analyze customer invitation data more granularly. This feature is made available on request - to activate it, please get in touch with your customer success representative.

• [VOC-12061] Bounced email invitations now receive "Invited not delivered" and the Address is changed to "Unreachable".

Store

• [VOC-11722] Improved the process of replication questionnaires. Two new final states according to the new feature VOC-11422 need to be replicated as well as other final states.
• [VOC-12010] Improvement: Added one meta column in VS where the links to audio from the IVR surveys are available. Also, there is an opportunity to listen to them in VOC CI.
• [VOC-11620] New warning is added when the mandatory VOC CI field is missing during the synchronization.
