As part of Hotfix release 11.14.6 (11.09.23)
Previously, questionnaires that were left in a "started" (therefore "non-finished") state and abandoned by customers, had to wait for the expiration time for the system to replicate these answers in the database and to become visible in the system (via new exports through Feedback, Store exports, Mine queries and Visual dashboards).
In order to make the process faster and allow for these answers to be visible before becoming a finished questionnaire (ie completed, terminated, expired or partial) a periodic check (per hour) was implemented, where the system will check the "Response" table in the database, find what answers were provided in previous time slots, filter questionnaires which are in the “started” state and replicate to MongoDB only the responses that were provided in this period.
What does this mean for you?
No further action has to be taken, and there will not be any impact on your questionnaire statistics. You will now also see survey responses from customers in a started state in all areas of your instance that use the MongoDB database (ie Exports done through new exporters in Feedback and Store, Mine queries and Visual dashboards).
Note: Legacy exporters previously replicated survey responses from non-final questionnaires, therefore this will remain functioning as usual.
