Quarantine logic: new configuration options

We are excited to announce a significant enhancement to our system (starting from 12.0.2.2 release) that provides clients with greater control over their quarantine logic. We have introduced a new configuration selector named "Quarantine check logic." This feature, located within the Feedback->Global Settings->Common->Common options section, empowers users to tailor their quarantine checks based on specific use cases, promoting adaptability and efficiency within our system.

The "Quarantine check logic" configuration offers clients the flexibility to choose from the following options:

Customer_id only (Default and Current Behavior): Maintains the existing logic where quarantine checks are conducted solely based on CUSTOMER_ID.

Customer_id OR Address: Allows users to conduct quarantine checks based on either CUSTOMER_ID or ADDRESS

Customer_id AND Address: Requires both CUSTOMER_ID and ADDRESS to match during quarantine checks, ensuring a more stringent verification process.

Address only: Conducts quarantine checks based solely on ADDRESS.
