Survey management
Within the Surveys page you will find navigation tools to locate Surveys:
- A drop down list of all units, which will filter Surveys by unit
- With the search bar you can search for Surveys by title or their ID
- Next to the search bar is a button to hide/show deleted Surveys
- You can also control how many Surveys you want to show at once
- On the right side is a button to add a new empty Survey
The main part of the Surveys section is the list of Surveys. Here you have the following information for every Survey: the ID of the Survey, its title, the channel(s) it is set up to use, and the status. There are also two graphical indicators for response rates of the current day and the last 30 days.
The Channel/Status icon is lit with green color if the channel is active, yellow if the channel is in paused state and red if the channel is deleted. Channel/Status icon is grey if the channel is not created at all. You can also hover over each channel to see its status.
ID and Title are clickable. When you click the ID column name this cycles the Survey list through ascending/descending/free order by ID with each click. When you click the Title column this cycles the Survey list through ascending/descending/free order by title alphabetically with each click.
When in "free order" mode (indicated by three stripes next to each Survey ID), Surveys can be rearranged by dragging and dropping them to the required place. See the animation below for demonstration:
You will find also 4 buttons within each Survey entry with the following functionality.
The Send button allows you to send a Survey invitation quickly and easily to a specified email address. This is usually used for Survey testing purposes/troubleshooting.
With the Statistics button you can access the statistics for the selected Survey instantly.
With the Copy button it is possible to copy a Survey, including its channels and Questions and settings for each channel/language.
With the Edit button you can access the Survey management page. |
