Overview
SMS channel settings allow to customize SMS Survey flow and to adjust certain survey logic.
Language Settings for SMS channel allow to customize SMS Survey response system in a language-specific way.
Survey Settings
Invitation Settings
Allows to set whether SMS Survey has an invitation by default (in Global Settings) or on per-survey basis (when overridden in channel-specific settings)
If Survey has no invitation is set in Send invitation then text from Text sent for survey invitation is used as the first message with the keyword being checked against the value of Keyword used without SMS invitation setting.
If Survey has no invitation is set in Send first question then the First question from SMS channel is used as the first message.
Default Sender Phone Number
Allows to set the Sender Number that will be used for sending SMS. Please use only valid numbers that were configured on the gateway provider side.
Sender Name Column
Allows to specify the name of the column inside the import file that will be used as Sender Number for particular customers inside import files.

Allows to define language-specific SMS Survey settings

Text sent for survey invitation
Allows to specify the Survey invitation message when Survey has no invitations is set to No (by default) in Advanced Settings.

Please, make sure to include information about STOP word for the customer to have an ability to opt out from further Survey invites.
Text sent when respondent answers with wrong keyword
Allows to specify the text for error message when the respondent answered with an incorrect keyword (with or without invitation)
Text sent when survey is expired
Allows to specify the text for message when the Survey for this customer is expired.
Text sent when survey is completed
Allows to specify the text for message when the Survey is completed if no more Questions are left or by hitting the Question flow end survey condition.
Text sent when respondent answers with keyword STOP
Allows to specify the text for message if the respondent replied with STOP thus indicating they don't want to receive further invitations to surveys.
By default the keyword is set to STOP. Please contact SandSIV Support in case you want this keyword to be changed.
Text sent when there is no active survey for this respondent
Allows to specify the text for message if the respondent doesn't have any currently active (or expired) Surveys assigned to them.
For example, this message will be displayed if the customer mistakenly texts the number of the SMS gateway used in your SMS channel.
Keyword used in SMS invitation
Allows to specify a keyword to start the Survey when invitation settings aren't active (by default) in Survey settings.
Keyword used without SMS invitation
Allows to specify a keyword to start the Survey when Invitation settings are active in Survey settings.
If no keyword is specified, the first Question is asked and the answering system is expecting a valid response for the Question.
