Scalable Question start from 0 option
Start from zero functionality was designed for letting end-users Answer with a zero to a Scalable Question in DIGI channel.
In order to include a zero value into the Question's scale choose "0" option in the start from drop-down menu.
A zero is also counted as a number value, so take it into account when selecting the number of values to be displayed. For example, to display a scale from 0 to 10, put 11 into the number of values area. This will make a DIGI channel to render zero and 10 counted values
Here is the example of how the scale that starts from zero will look like with Star rating enabled Render:
The option to start from zero within a numeric scale of values will look like this:
You can always change the way the first zero value is displayed in the pop-up window with custom CSS styles within the CSS to customize Pop-up field.
Please note: if you apply/save changes made to the question which has been already Answered, previous responses to the question will affect the overall survey results. To avoid this and keep the results' consistency, you will be prompted to delete all the Answers that were provided before.
Configurable
A customer is asked to choose between a range of values from a configurable list. Items are not required to be numbers and might be a text string or any other supported HTML object.

- Answer value is the value of the answer which will be written to VoC Feedback and against which the Answer will be referenced by default (values in exports).
