Overview
Global Settings introduces a hierarchy for applying settings to VoC Feedback's unit and Survey levels. Changes made in Global Settings will be applied, as a default, to the selected unit. If a change is made to a setting at the individual Survey level, as indicated by the checkbox marked next to the setting name, this will override the Global Settings.
Global Settings will be applied when a new Survey is created without being copied from an existing Survey with certain redefined settings within the corresponding unit. This makes it easy to add and modify settings that should always apply to all Surveys.

WEB
Language Settings for WEB channel allow to customize email invites and Survey response system in a language-specific way.

Advanced Settings
WEB
WEB channel settings allow to customize email invites sent for WEB channel questionnaires and also provide ways to customize VoC Feedback Survey answering system.

SMS
Allows to change certain SMS survey settings related to Survey flow.

DIGI
Allows to customize alert emails rules and templates, whitelists and quarantines settings as well as default channel-specific options and Survey's look & feel.

Case Alerts Settings
Case alerts are used to have quick close-the-loop processes in case a recipient answers with very poor ratings or specific wording e.g. "I quit my contract". When defined case alert conditions are triggered, an email is sent to your retention team to follow up with the customer.

Quarantines Settings
Quarantine is a way to prevent the same customer to be invited into multiple surveys at once.

WEB Layouts
Layouts consist of custom HTML/CSS/JS markup which is wrapped around the code which our survey answering system supplies for all surveys. In the customers' browsers these layouts are then rendered into an expected survey look and feel.
Currently there are two custom placeholders which are used in the layouts:

In the layouts section all layouts for the survey pages are listed. It’s possible to enable them globally or only for one unit. Layouts can be edited, copied and deleted with the respective buttons on the right side.
You can add layouts by clicking the green Add Layout button on the right side. When adding or editing layouts you can choose between a WYSIWYG editor, or an HTML code editor with syntax highlighting.
DIGI Themes
DIGI Themes allow you to check all the themes available, add a new one. You may search a theme by it's name, sort themes by name and date.
Also, there are such actions available: Details, Edit theme, Copy theme, Delete theme, Demo ( you can see how the theme looks like on a preview).
